USER AGREEMENT
License
Sales are final and nontransferable. Each scripts is licensed per a domain and therefore you agree that you may use each scripts(websites) per domain.
You may not claim intellectual, copyright or exclusive ownership to the scripts.
You may not sell our websites to other people or sell it on auctions on sites such as EBay or Yahoo.
The websites are licensed as intellectual property and may not be distributed by sale or for free.
You may not split up any of the scripts and/or sell the images.
Exclusive software such the DataCrypt do not come with resale rights outside of being sold as a website with domain name as specified and also may not be sold for less than the given amount specified in the “USER README” attached to the software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THESE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED THEREBY. Heavy Scripts Websites is in no way responsible for any data loss or damage arising from viral infection from the Internet. Heavy Scripts Websites and/or contributors shall have no liability whatsoever to you for any claim(s) relating in any way to: your inability or failure to perform research or related work or to work properly or completely, or any lost profits or consequential, exemplary, incidental, indirect or special damages relating in whole or in part to your rights hereunder or use of, or inability to use, Heavy Scripts Websites. Heavy Scripts Websites will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you. Heavy Scripts will not take liability if a stolen credit card or a fraud is used to purchase a product from our site. The buyer will liable for any actions. |
